Your character is driven to monologue, and at some uptime, will deliver an ultimatum to other players. You also have a little friend talking to you. It's probably nothing to worry about. Choose this if you want to play a character driven by future unknowns, and explore the consequences of pissing off the members of your species most prone to murder. This may involve loss of agency, probably by being pushed into a surprisingly sticky wall.
