info:accessibility

As a GM team, we want to make Ex Nihilo as accessible as possible and have tried to make accessibility a priority while organising the game. We understand that everyone’s accessibility needs are unique and therefore encourage you to reach out to us at our GM email with any queries or concerns. When emailing this address, please be aware that these messages are sent to the entire GM team and do initially appear anonymous. If you would like to make sure we can reply to you via email, please include your name and the best way to reach you.

There will also be an opportunity to mention any accessibility requirements you have in the character submission form. While we will do our best to accommodate any accessibility needs, it may not be possible for us to accommodate everything.

The room for Uptimes 1-3 in St Hugh's (MTB Hall) is on the ground floor, with level access.

Later sessions are being held in the Asian Cultural Centre (Manzil Way, Oxford, OX4 1GH), in the ground floor hall. There is level access. There are gendered toilets, and an accessible toilet on the ground floor. We do not have any other rooms in the venue specifically booked, but there is corridor space, as well as the grounds outside if you need to take a break.

The theme of the Wiki can be changed by clicking the palette in the top right hand corner of the page. The Wiki can be changed to accessibility mode by clicking on the palette icon in the top right hand corner and selecting [Readable]. To return to the Ex Nihilo theme, select [Cyborg] from the theme menu when clicking on the palette icon.

Note to Firefox users: To ensure that the new theme applies, hard-refresh your browser by pressing Ctrl+F5 (on PC) or by holding down the refresh button (mobile).
